Leadership Atlanta

I was part of a five-person panel on LGBTQ issues facing business in Atlanta this afternoon.. The meeting was put together and attended by 20 or so 'teachers' from Leadership Atlanta. A county judge was there, a CNN anchor lady was there.. business people of all stripes.. I was very honored to be a part of the discussion. Some good things came from the meeting, and I left with a much better view of corporations than I had before the meeting. Not that I don't think corporations are greedy fucks for the most part.. but at least they are making efforts to create a welcoming, safe workplace for employees. So it's a start.
