I've also noticed an increase in police officers using tasers with little to no provocation on suspects they deem unmanageable. I suppose if it's perceived as non-lethal, then indiscriminate use is okay. It's all well and good until some diabetic goes into cardiac arrest and dies.

These are the kinds of people who should not have weapons of any kind.
