So this is what addiction feels like...

I'm hooked on kos.  I can spend hours reading diaries and comments, and links to news stories.. it's all so very fascinating.

Alas, I start school on Monday and I'm afraid I cannot continue spending so much time reading dailykos.com, not if I am to do well in class.  I need to limit myself to 30 minutes or an hour a day.. god grant me self-discipline.

I'm going to comment all over your journal now! :P I had no idea about this link, so thank you for posting about your addiction, now this, will be another addiction for me. I start three classes tomorrow (two psychologies, my god, one at 8am, kill me now), so I feel you. At least, since it's the summer, I only have a month until two of them are over with!

Oh poor dear.. 8am classes are pure torture (for me anyway). What psych classes are you taking this semester?
I'm finishing two core classes, History 1500-? and Astronomy (which I hope is as fun as it sounds).

Crap. I'm taking Psych 101 (or 201 at my comm. college) I took Psych. 101 in college years ago, but am starting over on a "blank page" so didn't want *any* of my old grades to transfer (ie, the good and the bad grades transfer just the same ya know ;) ) and a Child Psychology class. Yeah, I woke up for 8 years at 6:30am to go to a job that started at 8am, and now I can't even phathom trying to make my way up at 7am to get to school by 8am - it's just not pleasant and it's Mon - Fri to make matters worse, but only for a month...dear god, if I get through this I will be doing well! Thankfully I have one online class, Toddlers and Infants etc (part of an Early Childhood Education course I'm enrolled in alongside my Liberal Arts - enough to make your head spin and vomit pea soup).

Astronomy sounds like fun, personally =D and History is one of my fave subjects - unfortunately - I find too much of it boring as hell. So good luck with those, I'm sure you'll do just fine :)

PS: I found you on "myspace" and sent you a msg/added you as well.
