In downtown Dallas today I saw a large billboard that plainly said: 'WE CAN BE AFRAID. OR WE CAN BE READY.' then beneath those words was 'WWW.READY.GOV' a US govt website about what to do in event of terrorist nuclear, biological, chemical, etc attacks. The "we can be afraid..." quote is from Dept of Homeland Security Sec'y Tom Ridge

The billboard struck me as kind of Orwellian. It didn't help that a Clearchannel logo was on the billboard frame, heh
