so this morning I woke up at 7am to go to my second laser hair removal session. The clinician asked me to arrive 30 minutes early so she could put numbing cream on my face so my actual appointment didn't start until 9 or so. Unlike last time I felt virtually nothing because my face was completely numb, even my upper lip area which made me cry last time. My face is a little sore & pink right now, but I know in a few weeks I'll have even less icky hair to worry about. I think it takes 5 sessions to get everything.

later today I'm supposed to go to a workmate's wedding. I soo don't want to go because I really don't talk with this person outside of work but he's a manager now and if I don't then he'll probably harbor ill feelings toward me. and going to this stupid wedding means i miss seeing S.I.D.S tonight. and that really sucks. I wish i could find a way out of going.

Politics suck, office politics worst of all. I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and missing a big party in Dallas this weekend, so I know how you feel...

god i soo don't want to go. i'm sure that if he weren't in a position of management, i wouldn't. plus it's a fucking hour and a half drive from where i live. and it's at 7 oclock.. the show i want to see is at 8pm. bollucks!

Oh I so identify with you and the pain of hair removal...I had 7 seesions of an IPL treatment and that was bad enough...I'm now having proper electrolysis and me with a phobia of needles too...gonna be a load of seesions of that but its going to be more than 5 sessions.

Uptil now I've tried to keep work and social life seperate...makes life easier in my mind...If you want out you could say you've been left with a lot of redness due to the laser treatment and get out of it with that

I would love to get electrolysis on my face. The thought of any kind of facial hair icks me out.. it's definitely NOT ME.

I also have a problem with ingrown hairs on my face sometimes which irks me to no end.

I wish the body hair would just go away forever. :(

I'm not TS, but I would definitely love to be rid of the body hair.
