Perhaps this is really inappropriate / bad timing, but what ever happened to personal responsibility? I used to occasionally do the stuff. Decided to stop because so many people around me didn't seem to have the ability TO say no -- it became habits to them. It just seemed so nonsensical to me. It's no different than drinking, smoking, or doing a dozen other vices in the world...

We should only blame ourselves...
