I love honey in the comb but it's hard to find anywhere but the absolute middle of nowhere. You know you're in the south when you see waffle house; you know you're lost when you see honey in the comb. I'd have an apiary here in the middle of the burbs, but I'm not sure how my neighbors would feel about it... They've been loving my sage and the raspberry flowers ALL summer long.
