A second bit of good news

two good news stories in one day? unbelievable...

"...[the] House Judiciary Committee approved a bill [today] that would require broadband providers to abide by strict Net neutrality principles, meaning that their networks must be operated in a "nondiscriminatory" manner.


In other words, AT&T, Comcast and others wouldn't be able to block content from sites they disagree with. Surprising...

Actually that'd be a prior restraint / censorship --

This means MSN can't charge you extra for wanting to use Google.
