Eat what you feel like, but don't eat until you get hungry. (There's no point your stomach rejecting it). Crackers - saltines or grahams - are good. The important thing is to stay hydrated. I recommend juice and Gatorade (even if it does fund the University of Florida football team). My favorite thing to have when I'm feeling queasy is frozen coke. Kris said her mom used to give them flat coke when she and her sisters were sick. I guess if you freeze it (opened can, of course), it'll go flat, anyway.
