Not.

Same goes for SOBE "Life Water", for a life of diabetes.

LOL "It's basically crap"

Right on. Sugary drinks are THE root of America's obesity epidemic, period.

I like it because it isn't too sweet, however that having been said, it isn't anything like healthy. I drink that kind of thing once in a blue moon, but I wouldn't keep it in the house.

According to the video I posted (in reply to Nichole) it has 33 grams of sugar, just a few grams less than a can of coke. It doesn't taste very sweet to me, so I found that surprising. I started drinking it instead of gator aide but I guess it's all the same, sugar water!

What I usually drink is juice mixed with seltzer, either half and half, or 1/3 to 2/3s (most of it being seltzer). Admittedly, juice has sugar in it too, so this still isn't as guilt free as water, but I think it's probably better than most of the alternatives, and anyway, it tastes good to me. Most drinks out there are way too sweet for me.

not. i've had it at times of desperation and it definately doesn't taste bad, but in the end, it isn't much better for you than a soda. i've been drinking more and more tea, especially green teas lately, because i can control the sugar more closely by using sugar cubes, be it hot or cold.
