I've seen pictures of this before, it's so bizarre!!! I guess the old guy who does this is really nutty (well geez duh) and has been doing this for years. The county keeps telling him to clean all of the junk and signs up but does nothing when he refuses to do anything about. All out bizarre.

The man responsible passed away in 2004. I don't know if anybody takes care of the lot. Maybe the county will come in and bulldoze it.
