Cat nibbles
I adopted a former stray outdoors cat many months ago - it lives outside and has after many months started to come up to me and let me pet. Snowball (solid black cat) is very skittish, and sometimes hisses at me when I see her, but then he'll come over and act friendly.
In the last few weeks he's started lightly biting my hand when I'm petting. He's purring (never used to do that), and LOVES to be stroked gently on the head in between the ears.
So what's with the light biting? There's no blood and it feels like a gentle pinch. The first couple of times he did it I got up and walked away, but now I trust him a little more.. I let him nibble.

No, not really.
IDK, some kitties just like to do that, I think it might be reflexive.
