oh.. somebody was sent to me who supposedly was really interested in playing with TftD. we talked last week and he said he would like to meet with me today, and he would call me Friday to confirm where and when.

of course, he didn't call.

I wish somebody would give a chance. For fucks sake, the demos I made were recorded at home.. they sound like dren... but they are *demos*. I have great work ethic and I so want this to happen. why won't anyone play with me?

why is it that everyone else gets to play in a band taht wants to, except me. why? i'm a fucking nobody is why. and i'm "old" on top of that. and i'm "fake" too. i guess i should wonder why i'm so suprised that nobody will play with me instead.

Just be patient and persistent. I think that you will find some musicians to work with. You are far from fake. You are one of the most geniune and soulful musicians that I have heard in a long time. I'm looking forward to great things happening for you.
