a Gumby Damnit w/ cheese....
we used to scavange used Gumby's boxes including boxes that were being thrown out at the store. Each had a tear off coupons... collect 12 and viola -- free 12" pie. I gave sets of 12 coupons to friends all the time. Or if I was off & hungry I knew where to look for boxes. :)

I started watching Season 1 earlier this week. It's different seeing these again several years later.. S1 seems so cartooney compared to what I remember of Season 4.
Off to warm couscous & make a sandwich. And watch s01e04.

Phase I lasts two weeks -- no beer, bread, pasta, rice, sugar, corn, carrots, grits, or fruits (among other things). Allowed in Phase I: lean meats, veggies, cheese(!!!), skim milk (which I like anyway), all the eggs I want, smaller portions of nuts, and other things.
Assuming I make it that far Phase II incorporates some fruit and whole wheat pasta and brown rice.
So has anyone else tried this?
