Since I got up later than I should I didn't eat any breakfast this morning. For lunch I had roast beast, green beans, black eyed peas and a glass of water & lemon. For supper I fixed a bowl of romaine & garden lettuce, grilled chicken strips, cheese, balsamic vinegar and Mediterranean seasoned olive oil. I had sparkling lemon water to drink. For snacks this afternoon I had a few nuts and a little sugar-free pudding cup. And Coke zero too.
So, I've been good so far.
My first real test is tomorrow, when work is having a dessert walk benefit. I'm almost certain there won't be any healthy (sugar free) tasties there tomorrow, so I'll have to go without. I'm planning to brink homemade turkey chili with sprinkled cheddar cheese to work for lunch tomorrow.
