AmEx's third-quarter profit was $815 million. A compensation report filed by AmEx in March 2008 shows that the CEO's total compensation package was worth about $26.2 million.

Wierd

A customer of mine called a few minutes ago.. She is an 80-something yo woman, very sweet.. I've been thinking about her lately then out of nowhere - at 10pm - she calls. We talked for a little bit.. her friend and housemate died a few months ago, so she's living by herself now. She was upbeat as usual though.
