Yesterday, the House GOP voted to table a bill which would have enacted fines of $2500 per day against employers of illegal immigrants.  All this talk about them being tough on illegal immigration is misdirected bullshit.   They want slave labor, they need it.  They will do nothing that interrupts the flow of cheap labor to their corporatist friends.

That is why office workers like me get paid CRAP here in Florida. They can always get someone who will work for less money!
