no, but was thinking of learning. Originally I wanted a Vespa to get around but you need a motorcycle license to ride one of those in CA, so was thinking of getting a bike instead, apart from the fact that you can ride a vespa in a skirt, a bike is much cooler. SF is supposed to be a really motorbike-friendly city
