Okay it was chunked on a technicality, but a victory is a victory.  It will take legislators to put it back on the ballot again, and that won't happen in time for the November ballot.

One of the obstacles is that legislators can't fund-raise while they're in session, and since they're all up for re-election in the fall, they won't want to take a break from their fundraising to go into special session.

Georgia being Georgia, I'm afraid the best we can hope for is a smaller Republican majority.

But I've been wrong before, and I hope I am this time.
