with it being so freaking hot and muggy? mosquitoes everywhere.. copperheads and cottonmouths slithering to and fro.. the dusty red clay roads.. but especially the utter lack of Air Conditioning.. that must have sucked in a major way.

*sigh*

I'm writing from dad's house where it is hot and muggy, even with his AC on. I spent most of the afternoon helping him with computer issues. Dad is slowing down a lot.. he can't be out in the heat like he used to so we didn't do anything outside today.

I spoke with cousin Lucy earlier today for a little bit, and hopefully I'll hear from a certain friend in Canada tomorrow (hint hint Natalie ;o)).

I'm supposed to show the apartment again tomorrow evening, then I have voice instruction on Monday after work. Tuesday is my next night off. I really need to clean up my room and hang up my clothes. It's turned into a clutterous mess lately. Just like my mind.

Dad found a 3 and a half foot long snake skin earlier today. I couldn't tell what kind it was from it's shedding though.

Ok enough random banter for now. I need to take my pills and walk with Roland for a little while.

Er...did you ever get your package? If not, some of its contents are probably melted by now! ;)

I haven't been able to leave work during the day to get it, and went to my dad's yesterday.. Is it a smaller sized box? If so the Post Office probably put it in my little PO Box and I can drive by on the way back. i'll check email again before I leave here in a couple of hours (Norcross is a bit out of the way). :)

I just got home myself! Actually it's a pretty decent sized package, not sure the exact size, it's not small though!

*hugs* Hope you've enjoyed your weekend!

AC is what finally brought the South into modern times and encouraged people to move here. I don't know what could be done about the bugs--notice most economic progress is occurring above the "gnat line."
