Well I am off to the gym, first time in foreeever. I'm going to one on Emory's campus and if I like it I will join next week. South Beach worked okay but I really need to do more than just diet.
Just take a brisk half-hour walk every day, morning or evening, and you'll more than fulfill your daily exercise requirement. Gets you fresh air. Costs you nothing. Good areobically. Gives you a chance to collect your thoughts... This walking regimen has been the sole exercise component of the weightloss program on which I've lost over 100 lbs over the past 24 months. Consistency is the key...
