Frozen Warnings

I'm *so* sorry to hear this... I know what an active person you are and I can well imagine your feelings about being 'grounded' with this injury... I was sidelined by Achilles tendinitis for over 8 weeks just a year ago, now, and again for almost a month just before this past Christmas... I *hate* not being able to do everything I'm used to doing! And I *hate* to feel helpless -- much less have to ask anyone for help with things I should be able to do myself... (((HUGS)))
