Someone posted a research piece on shipwreckers in India - it's laden with photos and stories from the workers and is rather stirring to read. It's pretty sad how humans treat other humans in the name of the almighty dollar.

It's not just this place. Humans are treated as chattel all over the world, even here in North America, and not just Mexico either.
