My poor, poor calculator.  It also thinks I hate it.

I pulled the battery cover off this morning to discover four badly corroded AAA batteries inside.  They were stuck in place until I wedged them out with a knife.

My question is can I still use it?  There's a little white stuff remaining, but the contacts seem OK.

Cleans just about any electrical contact... Should dissove any bad stuff remaining (and pick it up on the cue-tip) thus enhancing the survivability of tour calculator's battery compartment... It is neutral vis à vis plastic and metal and circuitry/components (provided you shut the power off before applying it and leave the power off till the circut wiring and components *dry* again!)... Also helps to chemically neutralize the corrosive properties of any resitual ooze that remains stuck in nooks and crannies of the device casing in spite of your best efforts... :-)
